Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Duties:
- Deliver one-on-one video counseling sessions tailored to clients' needs.
- Help clients explore their thoughts and feelings to foster personal growth and stronger relationships.
- Guide clients in defining objectives and creating actionable plans.
- Perform assessments and design solution-focused treatment strategies.
Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field.
- Active New York licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
- Exceptional decision-making and client-focused skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
