Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Your Role:
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through therapy. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties:

  • Provide counseling to clients, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns.
  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure progress and adjust treatment as needed.
  • Keep detailed and compliant records for each client.
  • Work with clients to develop personalized care plans and post-treatment strategies.
  • Represent our organization at community events to build meaningful partnerships.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with full benefits

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Valid independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health clinical setting.
