Job Title: LMFT, LCSW, LPC

Location: Tennessee

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform virtual assessments to understand clients’ mental health and substance use history.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methods.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care.
  • Guide and support families in their role in the recovery journey.
  • Keep accurate records and maintain compliance with regulations.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a full suite of benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Google Suite and EHR systems.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • 2-3 years’ experience providing evidence-based therapy.
  • Reliable internet connection and private home workspace to maintain confidentiality.
