Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) in Anaheim, California

Ideal candidates for this opportunity include LCSWs, LPCCs, or LMFTs dedicated to providing quality care to their chosen client base. You’ll work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, enabling you to focus on delivering impactful therapy sessions.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth assessments to identify client needs and mental health goals.
  • Create tailored treatment plans that guide clients toward meaningful progress.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with adult clients, emphasizing evidence-based and solution-focused methods.
  • Respond to urgent mental health situations with professionalism and care.
  • Participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices in the field.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

  • Active license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client trust.
  • Empathy and a client-focused approach to therapy.
  • Excellent organizational abilities for managing client schedules and records.
