Licensed Mental Health Counselor Roles in Moreno Valley, California

We are on a mission to connect licensed counselors with the clients who need them most through our user-friendly online platform. Licensed professionals (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) passionate about client care are encouraged to join us. Work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients in an environment designed for therapeutic success.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments to understand each client’s needs.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to clients’ mental health goals.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using effective, evidence-based practices.
  • Provide immediate care during crisis scenarios.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements through ongoing education.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

  • Valid license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, client-focused approach to care.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workloads efficiently.
