Job Information:

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive client assessments to guide treatment planning.
  • Design and implement strategies that help clients meet their mental health goals.
  • Provide effective, evidence-based therapy in a one-on-one setting.
  • Respond to mental health crises with expertise and care.
  • Stay updated with current practices through ongoing training.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications Needed:

  • Active license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Compassionate approach to mental health care.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational capabilities.
