Now Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) in Yarmouth, Maine

Job Summary:
Join a collaborative team where you’ll contribute to patient care through the development and support of therapeutic plans. This role involves observation, documentation, and providing assistance to patients in line with their treatment goals, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis:

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations to identify client strengths, challenges, and objectives.
  • Apply clinical knowledge to diagnose mental health conditions.

Individual and Group Therapy:

  • Offer therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to address concerns like trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

Treatment Planning and Implementation:

  • Design personalized treatment strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor client progress and modify plans as necessary.

Collaboration and Care Coordination:

  • Partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health experts to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Connect clients with community resources and referrals as needed.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Keep detailed and up-to-date client records, including assessments and progress notes.
  • Uphold ethical standards for confidentiality and record management.

Advocacy and Outreach:

  • Support clients in accessing mental health resources and advocate for their needs.
  • Engage in community events to foster mental health awareness.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus full benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW).
  • Proficient with technology for virtual client interactions.
