Virtual Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – A New Chapter in Anchorage, Alaska

Looking to make a difference? We’re offering a virtual role as a Mental Health Counselor for licensed professionals (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Join a forward-thinking team that prioritizes impactful, high-quality care for individuals, couples, and families.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Your Duties:

  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy services.
  • Conduct thorough client evaluations to inform treatment approaches.
  • Design evidence-based treatment plans customized to each client’s needs.
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of client sessions.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, including an attractive benefits package.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Current and valid licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
  • Expertise in designing and evaluating therapeutic plans.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
