Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed clinical evaluations and craft individualized care plans.
• Apply therapeutic approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster client growth.
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team reviews to improve client care.
• Guide patients and families through education and community resource referrals.
• Incorporate the latest research into practice to offer superior care.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active professional license in Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
