Licensed Mental Health Therapist Role Available in Alpharetta, Georgia
We're looking for experienced licensed professionals (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who are passionate about guiding individuals through their mental health challenges. In this role, you’ll work with a supportive team to deliver evidence-based therapies, empowering clients to achieve meaningful outcomes. Strong expertise in client engagement and behavior therapy is essential.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various approaches.
  • Implement behavioral strategies to foster client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
  • Pursue ongoing professional growth and education.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, along with an excellent benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records is a plus.
