Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide clients through challenges with thoughtful and effective therapy.
  • Work closely with care teams to tailor treatment plans for individual progress.
  • Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
  • Craft customized care plans and offer follow-up support.
  • Represent the organization at local events to expand community outreach.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually with robust benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
  • A valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in clinical mental health care.
