Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Scranton, Pennsylvania

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Primary Duties:

  • Support clients with counseling that meets their unique needs.
  • Partner with care teams to evaluate progress and adjust approaches.
  • Maintain compliant documentation for all services.
  • Craft individualized care strategies and follow-up plans.
  • Build meaningful connections by attending community events.

Earnings: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with a strong benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in mental health clinical practice.
