Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) Opportunity in Pearl City, Hawaii
A rewarding opportunity has opened for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to play an essential role in advancing therapeutic care and research in Hawaii. This full-time position involves delivering individualized therapy to adult participants facing complex challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and smoking, while contributing valuable insights to a multidisciplinary team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to address cognitive patterns and behavioral health needs.
- Apply evidence-based interventions, including CBT, to support individuals at elevated risk.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans.
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment outcomes with accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Provide feedback to enhance clinical trial outcomes and uphold research protocols.
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with an excellent benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work).
- Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Minimum of two years’ clinical experience.
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal guidelines in therapeutic practices.
