Licensed Mental Health Counselor Opportunity in Lihue, Hawaii

A full-time position is now available for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in Hawaii, combining meaningful therapeutic work with participation in innovative clinical research.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments to address client needs and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to address immediate safety concerns.
  • Collaborate in team discussions to refine therapy approaches.
  • Maintain thorough records to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Provide clinical insights to contribute to research outcomes.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, along with excellent benefits.

What’s Required:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work).
  • Licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
  • Two or more years of clinical experience.
  • Strong documentation and client relationship-building skills.
