Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based techniques.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic client care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and interventions.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Washington State licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting diverse populations with a range of mental health needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
