Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy with a focus on evidence-based approaches.

• Perform detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Work alongside a diverse team to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain up-to-date records of client progress and treatment strategies.

• Stay current on industry advancements and mental health practices.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, plus full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar field.

• Current Washington State licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.

• Experience with diverse client populations and mental health challenges.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based settings.
