Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using proven therapeutic techniques.
• Complete thorough assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each client.
• Keep precise records of client progress and therapeutic interventions.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Valid Washington State licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or similar.
• Experience working with a variety of client populations and mental health issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
