Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)

Type: Full-time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy for individuals, families, and groups using evidence-based methods.
• Conduct detailed assessments and create individualized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapeutic efforts.
• Stay informed on current trends and research in the field of mental health.
  Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Washington State licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
• Proven experience working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
