Position: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy based on evidence-based practices.
• Perform thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date on research and best practices in mental health counseling.

Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Washington State licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing various mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
