This role is perfect for Licensed Therapists (Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW) looking to make a lasting impact while growing professionally.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing assessment tools to monitor progress and adjust care as needed.
  • Maintaining precise clinical records through our efficient digital platform.
  • Collaborating with leadership for guidance and best practices.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fields.
  • Active licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California.
  • At least two year of independent practice experience.
  • Proven experience with evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Enthusiasm for integrating technology into therapy.
