Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Position in Dillingham, Alaska

Job Overview

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide care for individuals and families. This role offers the chance to work closely with a diverse client base and foster growth and healing.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties:

  • Deliver client-centered counseling services.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor progress.
  • Stay updated on research and clinical best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
  • Keep thorough documentation of services provided.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Skills:

  • Master’s degree in mental health-related fields (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
  • Demonstrated expertise in individual and family therapy.
  • Culturally competent and experienced with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work well in dynamic, collaborative settings.
