Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Open Role in Wasilla, Alaska

Job Overview

Be part of an impactful organization focused on mental health care. We are hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to serve our clients with dedication and expertise.

Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties:

  • Facilitate counseling for clients navigating personal and family challenges.
  • Evaluate client needs and design effective treatment plans.
  • Incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches in sessions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed client records.
  • Participate in professional growth activities.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, including benefits.

Skills:

  • Master’s degree (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT certification required).
  • Experience working with a broad range of clients and their needs.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapy techniques.
