The Opportunity:
A growing mental health service provider in Arizona is looking for licensed therapists to deliver impactful virtual care. Position: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Your Role:

  • Facilitate secure, online therapy sessions for clients.
  • Use personalized therapeutic frameworks to meet client needs.
  • Develop effective treatment plans to promote personal growth.
  • Equip clients with tools to tackle life’s obstacles.
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, including a robust benefits package.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology).
  • Valid Arizona licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
  • Independent clinical practice capability.
  • Expertise with virtual therapy methods and tools.
