Licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) are invited to provide essential mental health care to clients in a supportive environment. This position emphasizes evidence-based treatment methods, teamwork, and positive client outcomes.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions suited to individual progress.
• Utilize behavioral techniques to encourage healing and growth.
• Keep thorough documentation of client progress.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a similar field.
• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum of two years in clinical practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• EMR system experience is an advantage.
