Mental Health Clinician (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – Lancaster, California

The mental health crisis continues to affect individuals across the country, with rising rates of anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Role Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy using best practices in mental health care.
  • Support clients through structured, goal-oriented counseling.
  • Respond effectively to urgent mental health concerns.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Ability to establish trust and communicate effectively.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered therapy.
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining client records.
