Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) – Santa Clara, California

Position Overview:

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments to determine client needs and treatment objectives.
  • Develop structured, individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide therapy sessions using solution-focused and evidence-based techniques.
  • Address crisis situations with professionalism and care.
  • Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing education.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Required Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing caseloads effectively.
