Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized therapy via video sessions to support client mental wellness.
• Assist clients in navigating their emotions and experiences to promote personal growth.
• Advocate for clients by helping them define their goals and work toward positive outcomes.
• Assess mental health concerns and implement treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
• Experience in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and addressing varied mental health concerns.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team.
