Join a virtual team that provides assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults. Our goal is to help individuals strengthen their well-being through guided therapeutic techniques.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions to assist clients with their mental health needs.
• Guide clients in understanding their emotions and fostering self-awareness.
• Help clients define goals and provide the necessary tools to achieve them.
• Evaluate mental health conditions and apply evidence-based treatment methods.

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Minnesota license as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent.
• Experience in handling various mental health concerns across different populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team.
