Role Overview:

We’re expanding our team and looking for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide remote therapy to adult individuals and couples.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and provide therapeutic services
• Submit documentation within 24 hours
• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Participate in peer case consultations
• Maintain timely and accurate records

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW)
• Comfortable with virtual therapy platforms
