Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth, culturally informed assessments and create personalized intervention plans for individuals, families, and couples.
• Provide tailored outpatient therapy focused on teaching clients key life skills and fostering resilience.
• Craft detailed crisis management, relapse prevention, and safety strategies for clients.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a benefits package that prioritizes your well-being.

Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
• Active Virginia LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license.
• Demonstrated ability to address complex client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
