Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) – Auburn, Washington

A fully remote Mental Health Therapist role is available offering flexible hours and excellent benefits. This position involves delivering therapy through telehealth, conducting assessments, and maintaining accurate records. Applicants must hold a valid Washington State license.

Schedule: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Role Overview:

• Providing therapy sessions and assessments primarily via telehealth.
• Completing intake evaluations and developing treatment strategies.
• Offering mental health support, including referrals and crisis intervention.
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal documentation guidelines.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + benefits.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Active Washington State licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Strong ability to assess and implement therapy plans.
• Comfort with telehealth technology.
