Remote Mental Health Therapist Role (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Glendale, Arizona

Position: Full-Time Remote Mental Health Therapist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Core Duties:

• Offer one-on-one therapy via secure video conferencing
• Apply evidence-based treatment approaches for individualized care
• Create customized therapy plans that support client goals
• Encourage clients to adopt healthy coping strategies
• Regularly evaluate progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no restrictions
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Proficient communication skills with expertise in various therapy methods
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and tools for therapy
