Virtual Therapist Role (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Phoenix, Arizona

Position: Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Duties:

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via secure video chat
• Implement treatment methods tailored to the unique needs of clients
• Develop customized therapy plans to help clients reach their goals
• Support clients in building coping strategies and self-awareness
• Track client progress and update therapy plans as needed

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Active licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no restrictions
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Proficient communication skills with expertise in various therapy methods
• Comfortable with virtual platforms and tools for therapy
