Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Join Our Team in Anaheim, California

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide both individual and group therapy, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and holistic patient support
• Engage in professional development and stay abreast of current therapeutic practices
• Contribute to the improvement of clinical services and patient care protocols

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
