Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Transform Lives in a Supportive and Professional Environment in Torrance, California

We are currently looking for a licensed and experienced Mental Health Counselor to join our distinguished team. In this position, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic support to individuals, empowering them to achieve mental well-being in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and create customized treatment plans
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions for individuals facing mental health challenges
• Work closely with a diverse team of professionals to provide holistic care
• Engage in professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services
• Proactively suggest strategies to enhance patient care and overall program efficacy

Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling. Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution
• Active license/certification in your respective state or jurisdiction (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals facing emotional challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience using electronic medical records systems preferred but not required
