Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) Needed in Kapolei, Hawaii
A growing clinic is seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to provide therapy to individuals, groups, and families, helping clients address a variety of mental health challenges.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality care by diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and offering appropriate referrals to specialists when required. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and effective treatment for mental health conditions.
• Develop customized treatment plans to suit each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Continuously evaluate client progress to ensure the best outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in Hawaii.
• At least two years of hands-on clinical experience.
• Familiarity with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
