Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity in Makawao, Hawaii
A reputable clinic invites a Mental Health Counselor to provide exceptional therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups. This role centers on helping patients navigate mental health challenges and build a path toward emotional well-being.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Duties:

  • Develop trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions.
  • Design individualized care plans tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions and adjust treatments based on progress.
  • Monitor client improvement through continuous assessments.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Active licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in Hawaii.
  • At least two years of relevant clinical experience.
  • Deep knowledge of ethical and professional guidelines in therapy.
