Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) – Full-Time Role Available in Hilo, Hawaii
A growing mental health clinic is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to work directly with patients, providing therapy and support tailored to their unique needs. This is a rewarding role focused on improving patient mental health outcomes through expert care and guidance.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive relationships with clients to build trust.
  • Provide effective treatment for a wide range of mental health challenges.
  • Create customized treatment plans for each patient.
  • Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Continuously assess and track patient progress.

Role Requirements:

  • A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a similar discipline.
  • Active licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in Hawaii.
  • Minimum two years of professional clinical experience.
  • Adherence to ethical and legal guidelines in therapy.
