Now Hiring: Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hanalei, Hawaii
Join a mental health clinic that values patient-centered care. We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to support clients in overcoming emotional and psychological challenges through personalized therapy and treatment plans.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Role Highlights:
- Develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments.
- Collaborate with patients to design effective care plans.
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions.
- Regularly review and adapt treatment plans to meet evolving needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field such as Social Work or Counseling.
- Active licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in Hawaii.
- Two or more years of clinical experience.
- Thorough understanding of ethical standards in therapy.
