Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) –in San Diego, California

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to provide compassionate care and tailored therapeutic support to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and eating disorders. If you thrive on helping others and have experience working with diverse populations, this role is for you.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year with a robust benefits package

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct assessments to understand clients’ needs.
  • Develop personalized therapy plans and monitor progress.
  • Equip clients with tools and strategies for long-term well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

How To Qualify:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Active California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license.
  • At least two years of clinical experience.
  • Skilled in culturally responsive, evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and strong communication skills.
