Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Full-Time Opportunity in Riverside, California

Make an impact by helping individuals reclaim their mental well-being. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), you’ll guide clients through their challenges and support them on their journey to a healthier, more balanced life. Your work will focus on creating personalized care plans and offering consistent therapeutic support.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year with a robust benefits package

Your Role Includes:

  • Assessing mental health concerns and designing tailored treatments.
  • Providing ongoing therapy sessions to empower clients.
  • Assisting clients in building practical skills for personal growth.
  • Coordinating care with psychiatrists and other specialists.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in a related field.
  • California LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in good standing.
  • At least two years of professional counseling experience.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapy approaches.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and excellent communication skills.
