Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) – Full-Time in Roseville, California
We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to deliver impactful therapy and provide the tools needed for lasting recovery. Your experience and commitment to excellence will shine in this role.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year with a robust benefits package
Your Day-to-Day:
- Evaluate client concerns and develop tailored therapy approaches.
- Lead therapy sessions focused on achieving client goals.
- Guide clients in utilizing coping mechanisms and resources.
- Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
- A master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field.
- Current LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
- Two or more years of relevant clinical experience.
- Familiarity with culturally inclusive, evidence-based therapy methods.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
