Full-Time Licensed Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Wanted in Torrance, California

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), you’ll help individuals navigate life’s challenges, whether they’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or addiction. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year with a robust benefits package

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored therapy plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and track client progress.
• Offer tools and resources for effective coping strategies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for holistic care.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
• At least two years of counseling experience.
• Knowledge of culturally responsive therapy approaches.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EHR systems.
