As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), you’ll help individuals navigate life’s challenges, whether they’re dealing with anxiety, depression, or addiction. Your guidance will empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their mental well-being.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 per year with a robust benefits package

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored therapy plans.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions and track client progress.
  • Offer tools and resources for effective coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for holistic care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • California license as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
  • At least two years of counseling experience.
  • Knowledge of culturally responsive therapy approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with EHR systems.
