Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time – Remote in Nashville, Tennessee

We connect licensed counselors with clients nationwide through a trusted online platform, making mental health care accessible and impactful. This opportunity is ideal for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who value providing outstanding care to their chosen demographic. Clients are pre-screened, stable, and have low acuity, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality therapy.

Our team is committed to supporting your professional experience by managing administrative tasks so that you can focus entirely on your clinical work.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate on goal-setting and monitor client progress.
• Offer teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients.
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation to meet professional standards.
• Stay current on emerging practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in a relevant mental health field.
• Active Tennessee licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with a clean record.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience with excellent case management and communication skills.
