Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor Opportunity in Franklin, Tennessee

This position offers licensed mental health professionals the chance to work with clients across the country through an efficient, online platform. Whether you’re an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, you’ll have the tools and support you need to focus on therapy, while we handle the administrative side. All clients are pre-screened and low acuity, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Our operational team is dedicated to creating a seamless experience, allowing clinicians to thrive in their roles.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation Package: $90,000–$110,000 annually, plus benefits.

Role Expectations:

• Perform virtual mental health evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using proven techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to achieve therapeutic milestones.
• Conduct telehealth sessions to meet client needs remotely.
• Maintain detailed, timely clinical documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning to refine skills and stay current.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active Tennessee licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) with no disciplinary history.
• At least two years of experience in clinical practice.
