Remote Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Jackson, Tennessee

Our system pre-screens all clients, ensuring they are stable and low acuity so that you can focus on meaningful therapeutic work.

Details of the Position:

  • Work hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.
  • Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually with full benefits.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapy sessions remotely using evidence-based approaches.
  • Perform virtual assessments and establish treatment goals.
  • Adapt therapy plans to meet individual client needs.
  • Document sessions with accuracy and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Pursue professional growth through ongoing training.

Essential Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related discipline.
  • Tennessee licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
  • 2–3 years of post-licensure experience.
