Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and mental health goals.
  • Create and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary.
  • Stay current with industry best practices through professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Independent licensure in Maine (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW).
  • Comfortable with technology for virtual therapy sessions.
