Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and mental health goals.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary.
- Stay current with industry best practices through professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Independent licensure in Maine (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW).
- Comfortable with technology for virtual therapy sessions.
