Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Opportunity - Fairbanks, Alaska

Licensed therapists with credentials such as LMFT, LCSW, and LPC are encouraged to join a thriving network that prioritizes accessibility, quality care, and professional development. This role provides mental health professionals with the tools and resources they need to succeed while focusing on their clinical expertise.

Role Details:

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Annual salary: $90,000 - $110,000, along with excellent benefits

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling through secure video platforms
  • Utilize solution-based therapeutic approaches
  • Create personalized treatment plans to align with client needs
  • Support clients in understanding their experiences and relationships
  • Measure progress and promote positive coping mechanisms

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field: Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Active, independent license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska
  • Two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting
